It's well known for everyone who often use pc that ACDSee has ever been the best picture viewing software.The latest version is 7.0build.But not the latest is the best.I think version 3.1 is the best.Why?Because it take up much less resource than the later versions',and it start up faster.So I recommend version 3.1 or 2.44.
